    Hi Wendye,

Changing your password depends on the account that you are using. If you are using a local account, you may follow these steps to change your password:

    1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, and then click Change a password.
    2. Type your old password followed by a new password as indicated, and then type the new password again to confirm it.
    3. Press Enter.

Note: If you are logged on as an administrator, you can create and change passwords for all user accounts on the computer.

If you are using a Microsoft account, you may follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account, and then select Security.
    2. Select Change password
    3. Enter your current password, then the new password you want, and then enter the new password again.
    4. Select Save.
