    Hi,

Troubleshoot Sound Problems in Windows 11 - Your Windows Guide

    • Right-click Start>Device Manager.
    • After that, Expand Sound, Video, and Game controllers.
    • Right-click the audio device and choose to uninstall.
    • Remove the driver copy from the system by selecting the “Attempt to remove driver” check box.

    • The next step is to restart your computer.
    • Go to Settings>Windows Update, check for updates, which should find a new copy of the driver.
    • See if the sound is working again.

    Hi Christine,

    My make & model is: ideapad 5 Pro-14ACN6 Laptop - Type 82L7, serial # MP23S0K0.

It seems like it may have stopped working when I updated to Windows 11...? But, I'm not positive because my Airpods work in both ears and I listen with them often. Plus my hearing isn't the best either, so I may not have noticed right away. But, it does seem like it was recent.

    Thank You,

    Danielle
