I understand you can't access your PC due to preparing an automatic repair screen. I'm sorry about this experience.
Since when did the issue start to happen? Were any changes made before the problem arose?
In the meantime, Please try:
- Performing a hard reboot
Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds, until your computer completely shuts off. Once it is off, wait a few seconds and then press the power button again to turn it back on.

Click the link above scroll down to "Apply restore point from Advanced startup" then follow the instructions.
