Hello, I am trying to download office, but I keep getting errors.
It accepts my product key but when I click on the button for x64 bit iso it craps out with a service error. This happens on both chrome and edge on a fresh install windows 11 pro.
This is a fresh windows 11 install.
Need a fix ASAP for work, this issue is costing me money and time.
Website steps:
Setup Office - Confirm Redemption
Entered Code - accepted
then I click download x64
"Service Unavailable
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later."
FYI at this time, I do not have an antivirus or other firewall setup that could block access, and I also do not have
Service Status -> GREEN no issues as of 1/2/2025
But yet issue persists.
Also tried an IP address config flush but not resolved.
Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
