I understand that you have issues in palying you tube videos. So, please try to follow the steps mentioned below to fix the issue.
Method 1: For issue with audio,try to un-install and re-install sound card driver and check if that helps.
- Click "Start", "Control Panel", "Administrative Tools", "Computer Management", and then "Device Manager".
- Scroll through the list of device categories, find "Sound, Video and Game Controllers", and then click on the "+" in front of it to expand a list of your devices. Your sound card will be listed here.
3) Right click on your sound card, select "Properties", and then click on the "Driver" tab.
- Click "Uninstall" and then click "Ok" when the system asks if you are sure that you want to uninstall the drivers.
- Once you have uninstalled the sound card driver then, restart your computer.
- Now, Go to Windows Update and install the updates for sound card drivers.
Method 2:
For issue with watching videos on Youtube:
Try to test the You tube video in Compatibility View. Follow the link below to test.

Method 3: You will need to make sure that the necessary Add-ons are enabled in Internet Explorer, to do this follow the steps below:
- Start Internet Explorer and click the Tools icon and then click Internet Options.
- Click the Programs Tab and click the Manage add-ons button.
- From the Show dropdown selection, select Run without Permissions.
Look for the following add-ons in the displayed list and make sure the Status is listed as Enabled.
Note: When checking to see if the add-on is installed you can also verify the current version of the add-on.
The add-on for Microsoft Silverlight is listed as:
· Microsoft Silverlight
The add-ons for Adobe Flash and Adobe Shockwave Player are listed as:
· Shockwave Active X Control
· Shockwave Flash Object
The add-on for Java is listed as:
· Java Plug-in (May be multiple add-ons)

Method 4: Also try to download and install the following add-ons to ensure that you are able to watch videos on youtube.
- Adobe Flash Player 10.1
- Adobe Shockwave Player
Once you have installed them, restart the computer and then try to play the video.
