Why if I'm paying for an Office 365 subscription I can not be able to access the Automate Tab? If for users paying for the Microsoft Apps is not possible, then I will not renew my subscription next year because it not worth it.

    Dear Carlos Crespo,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per the description shared, I would like to let you know that Automate feature is only available to users with Office 365 Commercial and Education subscriptions including the desktop app license.

So, I would like to ask you to check whether you are using the subscription included in the list below:

    Microsoft 365 Business Standard

    Microsoft 365 Apps for business

    Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise

    Office 365 E3

    Office 365 E5

    Office 365 A3

    Office 365 A5

If not, I am sorry to convey that automate feature is not available for other Office 365 Subscriptions and I would like to suggest to add your idea to the Excel Feedback Community which is the best place to improve Microsoft products.

    Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Mia | Microsoft Community Moderator
