Over the last week key none of the Ctrl keys is working, eg, Ctrl C, Ctrl V
I am also unable to mark text

I am Jaspreet Singh.
Click on the search bar on your desktop and type in onscreen
Click on on screen keyboard from the results.
Once the keyboard shows up press control key on your physical keyboard.
On doing so does the ctrl key on the on screen keyboard light up?

Your suggestion did work immediately after I followed your instructions for the first Ctrl C, marking text and Ctrl V - however it is not working now
