How to I permanently turn off sticky keys, so that I don't have to turn it off every time I turn on my Computer?

I accidently turned on Sticky Keys and ever since when ever I restart my comp, it turns back on how to I prevent it from turning on. Before you tell me to go to ease of access and uncheck the box. I do that every time I turn on my PC. How can I get it to be like before I turned it on, meaning I'm not going to ease of access, hitting shift 5 time, or the shortcut to turn it off; it's just off.

I do this every time I turn on my computer. How do I get it to where I don't have to do this? The shortcut is off and stays of but whenever I turn on my PC sticky keys automatically turn on without pressing anything.

    Hi,

Turn off "Lock shortcut keys when pressed twice in a row", and Turn off Sticky keys when two keys are pressed at the same time option and see if the issue resolves.
