Is this a Phishing scam?

Microsoft Your Services Agreement and privacy made clearer Dear User, This Email is from Microsoft customer care and we are sending it to every Microsoft Email user account owner for safety. We are having congestion due to a cloning anonymous KFTGX Virus registration of Microsoft accounts so we are shutting down some Microsoft accounts and your account was among those to be deleted. We are sending this email to you so that you can verify and secure your account, please confirm your account by clicking your reply tap and filling the space below. Your Full name, Username, Password, Date of Birth, City, Country , Alternative Email and Alternative password would be needed to verify your account. After following the instructions in the sheet, your account will not be interrupted and will continue as normal.     Hi, I'm Karl, an independent advisor and will try to help you with this.

    Rest assured that this is nothing more then a phishing scam intended only to get your personal information. The message should be ignored/deleted.

    Microsoft would never send out an email like that asking for personal details - just would never happen.

    If you can log into your account normally (not clicking on any link in the message) - you are "all good".
