I have a fully activated Windows 10 Home PC, and I keep getting the "Activate Windows" wallpaper.

Checking command line slmgr /xpr I get "The machine is permanently activated". I have the Product Key. Yet the desktop wallpaper keeps showing the "Activate Windows" message, as if my copy of Windows 10 Home is not activated. I have contacted Microsoft support but keep getting disconnected.

My Win10 could not be re-activated after replacing my old/failed motherboard. I bought and paid for this Windows OS and upgrades came with OEM package and MicroSoft Win OS upgrades got me to where I was. Note: My email used to be ******@myfairpoint.net and now it's ******@gma.com. I never got a Windows certificate number and I can't even seem to buy a replacement Win10 OS? I've tried everything but nothing has worked. I've been at this since November when I replaced the Mb, processor and RAM. I never knew about this???

I sure would appreciate some help with this matter as it appears all my efforts have failed...
