    My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

    Please reinstall these 2 things.

    Could you please reinstall the Microphone driver. Go to Windows start menu button > type in Device Manager > Audio inputs and output. Please right-click your Microphone from the device list then select Update Driver, if it does not work > Uninstall, reinstall then restart the computer so it can take effect.

    Please reinstall the Sound driver.

    Press Windows key + X > Device manager > Audio input and output (Expand), choose the options, right-click Sound card > Update driver, if it does not work > Uninstall, reinstall then restart the computer. Read more: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402844...
