Answer questions about products not supported on Microsoft Q&A

Not all Microsoft products are currently supported on Microsoft Q&A, so sometimes content might be posted for those items. A good example is the Power Platform products, which are supported on a separate platform. If you encounter an unsupported product or service on Q&A, you can follow these steps:

  1. Provide an answer telling the user that the product is not supported, and send them a link to the site where their question can be posted.   2. Alternatively, if you have the permissions, change the question's tag by removing all the tags and add the "Not monitored" tag.
