Not all Microsoft products are currently supported on Microsoft Q&A, so sometimes content might be posted for those items.   1. Provide an answer telling the user that the product is not supported, and send them a link to the site where their question can be posted.   2. Alternatively, if you have the permissions, change the question's tag by removing all the tags and add the "Not monitored" tag.
