I am running Windows 10 64 bit. I use to have a folder labeled ACCESS that had a list of pictures that appeared on my computer logon screen. It has disappeared. Any ideas about what happened?

I have set all lock screen slide show settings correctly on my laptop. However, my slide show option will not play on my lock screen. How can I get this option available on my windows?
I have changed my power settings, advanced settings, and restarted the computer, but I still cannot access the slideshow on my lock screen.
