Does anyone know the specific hardware specs required for the Teams pop-out content feature to work?

Some of the computers at our company have the ability to pop-out content, others do not. Clearly it is a case of newer PC's being able to do this, but I'm curious what the exact hardware requirements are to allow the pop-out content feature? Thanks,
