Outlook Email Language Changed to Vietnamese how Do I Change it Back

Can’t Load email

I can’t open my outlook account on my Mac while using the Apple mail app. Other wise is loading on my phone or on the exchange browser is just on the Apple app that is not working

Pinning Emails

All my emails have recently started pinning in New Outlook (and web version). I do not have any rules setup, and I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and the only thing that fixes it is going back to the Classic version. This is my work email.
