How to stop Word for asking if i want to save a file in Office for Mac

I have tried all the hacks I read online on how to fix this problem. I have reinstalled 365 and all the Apps. I'm still being prompted do I want to save this file - no changes were made to the Word doc. This just started a day ago.

The borders on tables in Microsoft Word keep disappearing for all people in my company
