Local Onedrive storage much less than what is reported in online version of Onedrive

When I use properties to look at my Onedrive storage locally it says that the folder is 810 Gb. However, when I look online my Onedrive is giving me a warning that it is 96% full (965.5 / 1000 Gb). What is the reason for this 155.5 Gb discrepancy?
