i have received a Microsoft email with an offer to switch to Personal classic, but when i try to change, I get message that its is not available to me.

The link on the email does not allow me to switch and i get the message that product is not to me.

The Organizer parent account cannot give consent to family member. "This account cannot give parental consent" message received. Child account has the wrong age - but cannot login to fix it.

i need to speak to an agent who can walk me through setting accessing & setting up the family microsoft acct that I paid for & cannot access. There are no children on the acct. why do I need to put a child tag in?
