Introducing pure ideas

As you might have noticed, despite my best efforts I just haven't been able to keep my blog focused on WCF tooling.  Not because WCF isn't going to have a huge impact on the next generation of apps, but because we just aren't done yet.

I could talk about hooking up WCF references for ASP .Net projects or what the 'Web References' folder will behave like after you upgrade your project, but I don't think it is that interesting to you.  (Please let me know if I am wrong.)

So today I would like to introduce a new category and focus of my blog: Pure Ideas.

This fall I am enrolled in the University of Washington's Professional Masters Program (https://pmp.cs.washington.edu) and will be trying to integrate cutting edge research in Computer Science into my testing work at Microsoft.  I would like then to use this blog to help air some of those 'pure ideas' and get some feedback.

- Perhaps you will like the idea and use it in your own work
- Perhaps it will spark a vein of creativity
- Perhaps it will point you towards new avenues of thought

I invite you to check out the category (and associated RSS feed) and let me know what you think.  Perhaps you have some pure ideas of your own that you would like to share with the world?

Thanks,
-Chris
