In recent months, I have received a number of requests for permission to publish excerpts from my book.  I would love to grant this permission, however, to date, I have not published a book (this weblog is my sole publication).

To all who are looking for David Kline, the author, I recommend contacting the publisher of his book(s) for information on acquiring reprint permission.
