Guest Columnist : What Should I Write About ??

I've been asked to do a regular column (actually more like a page) for a
local tech enthusiasts magazine.

I feel honored to have been asked, but now I have to face up to writing
something for a fast approaching deadline.

I've been given a blank sheet of paper and it's all up to me, but to be
honest. I'm struggling with the angle I should take.

Since it's print, I have a long lead time and the timing of the next edition
is September. September! I can't think beyond what I am going to have for dinner
tonight. Sheeesh.

Here's some of my ideas

  • My recollections of the industry over the past 20 years, with a particular
    emphasis on the last 10
  • Random samples of ASCII Art that I have collected over the years
  • A deconstruction of the current broadband situation in Australia
  • An Insider view into Microsoft Australia - What makes it tick.
  • Stories about my kids and their adventures with technology
  • Vista How Tos
  • Geek Jokes
