Customer Suggestion Triage Team Reviews Your Ideas
The customer suggestion triage team met to look at over twenty suggestions that you posted to the CRM newsgroups. To create the opportunities list, I run an inside tool called Product Studio query against the database that I've ported all the suggestions to. Then I sort by number of votes from the community. Any suggestion with more than five votes gets reviewed.
The triage committee consists of Manisha, a program manager extraordinaire, Jason, a superb quality assurance tech, and me. This time we discovered a number of really good suggestions that we have already started working on for the next release of Dynamics CRM. Once the suggestions pass the triage scrutiny, and ~98% usually passes, I port the suggestion into the product team work queue database.
The whole process takes less than four hours a week. But the return on this investment is potentially huge. And we couldn't do it without your participation. Thanks for being there! Our product will be more useful because of your administrations.
