In this first blog post, I will explain how to activate Yammer on your O365 tenant.

If you want to develop with Yammer Enterprise with Office 365  you will need the following prerequisites:

- Subscribe for an O365 tenant with an E3 trial.

- Activate Yammer on your tenant. Check the follwing link for the steps : https://about.yammer.com/success/activate/activation-guide/frequently-asked-questions/ . It is important to know that the installation step is not completed at this stage.

- Buy a domain: during the activation steps of Yammer, you will need to add a domain name (the *.onmicrosoft.com domain is not sufficient)

After completing the steps, you will need to assign the appropriate Yammer licence to one or several users indivually:

The next step is the activating process. You will need to register your user to Yammer. For that, open a browser and use the following link:

https://yammer.com/<your_domain> where <your_domain> is the domain name assing to your tenant.

You should then receive an email to activate your account:

You are now ready to develop with Yammer !

After, there are some applications you don’t know, not critical for the company but critical for the end-user. For that, why don’t you create a global survey ? Ask also the end-users to put their files in a shared directory, so you can analyse them. The complexity to migrate an Office application (uisng VBA code or a .NET Addin) depends on the number of code lines. Try to identify the complexity by doing a code review. Change the i.nState comparison value to get the results for other status like Active or Ready to run.

Make a workbook calculation in a distributed environment.. Windows HP Server make it possible. Here are the different
project type you can build on Excel 2010:

- Workbook with VBA code: the code will be modified to work on compute nodes
- UDF : C/C+ XLL are user defined functions loaded on compute nodes and merged in a single workbook.
- VSTO application. An Excel Add-In will comunicate with a head node and broker. The broker will call a WCF Web Service on each compute node.

To make an Excel 2010 workbook work on HPC Server, you may follow these steps:

1/ Identify the portion of your code corresponding to an iteration
2/ Localize the code that make he merge of your data
3/ Find the best approach to get the input and the output data
