CPE Hero-self-nomination...

In Microsoft lingo, the term "CPE" means "Customer/Partner Experience." In other words, are you customer and partner-focused?

Every quarter, we have an award for folks who go 'above and beyond' and they get the 'CPE Hero' Award.

I'm nominating myself :-)

Here's why...

I took my daughter out at 8am today to draw w/chalk on the driveway. We started off with rainbows, houses, and frogs.

Then, I got a brainstorm...and while she continued with her designs, I began an outline of how we can improve the Partner-Led event Assembly Line so it's even easier for partners to execute event successfully.

Good news: I took my kid out for a father-daughter bonding moment.
Not so good news: I outlined some of my work in chalk.

 

Hey...it's the digital age...you really can work anywhere.
