Action Pack Update - Thurs 22nd

Hi everyone. Just a quick update - we believe now that the delivery of the shipments is under control and most or all of you will have received it by now. If you haven't please do get in touch with the helpline on 13 20 58, option 4 to get your tracked down.

We still owe a further communication on how you can redeem your 25% training discount as our compensation for your inconvenience with the delay, and we furthermore want to help clarify what options there will be for Australian Action Pack subscribers to upgrade to Vista Ultimate, like many part of the world can do with Windows Upgrade Anywhere. 

We are on track for an email communication to go out by the end of this week or early next week at the latest. Thanks for your patience - as always we need to lock down the operational parts of redeeming the training offer, as well as getting information from our US colleagues around Vista upgrades.
