Business Contact Manager 2007 Forms: Error opening Accounts

When users try opening an account, they encounter the following message "Could not load an Object because it is not available on the machine" or “Cannot open this form because an error occurred”

Cause

The issue happens due to corrupt forms

Resolution

We were able to resolve the issue by going to add /remove programs and performing a repair of the Office application

Note : The user will still be able to open Business contacts without any issues .Also clearing the form cache, renaming frmcache.dat or doing a repair or re-install of Business contact manager will not correct the issue.
