SYNC makes me want to buy a Ford

As I get closer to purchasing a Zune 80 next week when they become available, I have been looking at the different accessories available.  There are many new accessories available for Zune this year but this one caught my eye, though it is definately not Zune specific.  It works with many different devices.  SYNC is an in-car integration system for mobile phones and portable music players that takes the integration to another level.  SYNC lets you pick a song via voice command as well as send canned responses to text messages via voice command as well.  The list of supported devices can be found at www.syncmyride.com.  It will even play music directly from a USB thumb drive.  A blog post on channel 10 can be found here.  What got my attention was Walt Mossberg's review of the SYNC package published today---he likes it:-)

For the price quoted in the article at $395, that's a pretty inexpensive way to be able to enjoy your gadgets safely on the road.
