Email Address Internationalization, aka: using UTF-8 in email, RFCs are published

I helped write an RFC (https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc6532.txt) :)  (Well, I've had input before, but this is the first time as an author). 

The core Email Address Internationalization RFCs, which allow UTF-8 in email addresses and use UTF-8 in SMTP by default, were published back in February.  I sort of just realized I hadn't blogged about it, so I thought I'd mention it now :)
