[요약] SharePoint URL 변경 방법 [원인 또는 해결 방법] 1. 대체 액세스 매핑 변경 A. 중앙 관리 사이트 접속 -> Application Management -> Web Applications -> Configure alternate access mappings B. [Edit Public URLs] 클릭 C. [Alternate Access Mapping Collection] 메뉴에서 ‘No Selection’을 클릭합니다. ‘Change Alternate Access Mapping Collection’를 클릭합니다. Open된 창에서 URL 변경을 수행할 매핑 컬렉션(웹 응용 프로그램)을 선택합니다. 일반적으로 SharePoint – 80을 선택하시면 됩니다. 이제, 다음과 같이 Public Zone URL이 표시되는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다. 총 5개의 Zone에 현재 입력되어 있는 URL을 먼저 확인합니다. 기본적으로 별도의 도메인을 설정하지 않았다면, ‘Default’ Zone과 같이 설치를 한 서버명을 기반으로 URL이 설정되게 됩니다. 표시되는 URL 들 중에 기존에 존재하는 URL을 변경하거나 또는 추가로 신규 URL을 설정할 수 있습니다. 예시에서는 기존에 존재하는 URL (https://sps2016wfe)을 다른 URL(https://newspsurl.com)로 변경한 후 [Save]를 클릭하여 저장하였습니다. D. DNS Flush [시작] -> [실행] -> ‘ipconfig /flushdns’를 실행하여 DNS 캐시를 플러시합니다. E. 이제 기존 URL로 접속하면 아래와 같이 File Not Found 오류가 발생하는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다. F. 신규로 설정된 URL을 통해 정상적으로 접근되는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다. 2. DNS 확인 A. AD 서버에서 ‘DNS’ 메뉴를 클릭하여 DNS Manager를 실행합니다. ‘Forward Lookup Zone’ 메뉴를 확장하여 SharePoint에 설정된 도메인을 확인하고, SharePoint 서버(또는 L4등 로드 발란서)에 정상적으로 할당이 되었는지 확인합니다. 3. 특정 Site Collection 별로 URL 변경 방법 A. 기존에 사용중이던 Site Collection에 할당된 URL Path를 변경하는 예시는 다음과 같습니다. 예를 들어 https://newspsurl.com/sites/test URL을 사용하던 사이트 컬렉션을 다른 URL (예 : https://newspsurl.com/sites/testnew )로 변경하도록 하겠습니다. B. 기존 사이트 컬렉션 들의 URL은 중앙 관리 사이트 접속 -> Application Management -> Site Collections -> View all site collections 메뉴를 통해 확인할 수 있습니다. C. Backup & Restore 를 통한 방법 다음은 Site Collection의 백업 후 복원 방법을 통해 기존 사이트의 URL을 변경하고 남아있는 기존 사이트 컬렉션을 삭제하는 방법으로써, 가장 확실하며 웹 응용 프로그램에 제한 없이 사용 가능한 방법이지만, 사이트 컬렉션의 Size가 큰 경우 작업 시간이 오래 걸리거나 이로인한 오류 등이 발생할 가능성이 있습니다. SharePoint 서버에서 SharePoint Management Shell을 관리자 권한으로 실행한 후 다음 명령어를 고객사 환경에 맞게 수정한 후 실행합니다. 동기화에 대 한 파일 크기 제한

모든 SharePoint 라이브러리에 최대 2 기가바이트 (GB)의 파일을 동기화 할 수 있습니다.

동기화를 할 수 있는 항목의 수 모든 동기화 된 라이브러리 간에 총 20000 개까지 항목을 동기화 할 수 있습니다. OneDrive 비즈니스 라이브러리, 팀 사이트의 라이브러리, 또는 둘 다 포함 됩니다. 폴더와 파일이 포함 됩니다. 별도로 전체 동기화 제한에는 각 라이브러리 유형에 대 한 동기화 될 수 있는 항목 수에 제한이 있습니다.

20000 개까지 비즈니스 라이브러리를 OneDrive 항목을 동기화 할 수 있습니다. 폴더와 파일이 포함 됩니다.

파일 동기화의 크기 제한	비즈니스용 OneDrive 라이브러리로 업로드하는 각 파일에는 15GB(기가바이트)의 파일 크기 제한이 적용됩니다.
파일 및 폴더의 문자 제한	SharePoint Online에서는 파일 이름 경로를 최대 400자까지 입력할 수 있습니다. 특히 라이브러리의 URL 경로가 매우 긴 경우 등 시나리오에 따라서는 이 제한이 400자 미만일 수도 있습니다.
SharePoint Server 온-프레미스	onedrive.exe 비즈니스용 OneDrive 동기화 클라이언트에서는 SharePoint 온-프레미스 데이터 동기화를 지원하지 않습니다. SharePoint 온-프레미스 환경에서 동기화하려는 경우에는 이전 비즈니스용 OneDrive 응용 프로그램(groove.exe)을 사용해야 합니다.

Office Online의 제한 사항

1. 이전 형식의 파일은 읽기용 보기에서 조회는 가능하나 편집은 불가능합니다. .docx, .xlsx, .pptx 와 같이 확장자 가장 뒤에 ‘x’가 붙은 파일 포맷의 경우 읽기 및 편집이 가능하나, .doc, .xls, ppt 파일의 경우 읽기만 가능하며, 편집 시도 시 아래와 같이 파일 컨버전 창이 표시되며 문서 변환이 필요함을 알립니다. 또한, .csv 파일 형식의 경우에도 조회는 가능하나 편집은 불가능하며 문서 변환을 요구합니다. 2. 일부 SmartArt 도형의 경우 브라우져 상에서 지원이 불가능합니다. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Online에서 동일함)

Word Online의 제한 사항

Information Rights Management (IRM)	In Outlook Online attachments and SharePoint libraries that are IRM-protected, Word Online opens documents for reading, but not for editing. IRM protection can’t be added to documents in Word Online. IRM이 설정된 SharePoint 문서 라이브러리의 경우 Word Online으로 문서를 열고 조회할 수는 있으나 편집은 불가능하며, Word Online에서 IRM으로 보호되는 문서를 추가할 수 없습니다.
Password protection	Word Online can’t open documents that are encrypted with a password, 비밀번호로 암호화된 문서를 열 수 없습니다.
Permission to modify	A document that requires a password to modify it opens in Word Online in Reading view, but the document cannot be edited in the browser. Click Open in Word to remove editing restrictions. 수정을 위해 비밀번호가 필요한 문서의 경우 문서를 열어 조회할 수는 있으나 편집은 불가능합니다.
Manage Versions	Versions are managed on the server rather than in Word Online. If your document is stored on OneDrive, use the Version History feature in OneDrive. [Editing and formatting]

Copy and Paste	Copy and paste text, and copy/paste pictures from the web. Text is formatted to match the text surrounding where it is pasted in Word Online. 텍스트를 복사/붙여넣기 하는 경우 붙여넣은 위치의 주변 텍스트와 일치하도록 서식이 지정됩니다.

Proofing tools	Check spelling and set the proofing language, using the built-in dictionary. Instead, press Ctrl+X to cut, and then press Ctrl+V in the new location to paste. More sophisticated features for working with pictures, such as cropping, are not available in Word Online. 이전 Enterprise Edition 환경에서 테이블 파티셔닝된 WebAnalyticsService응용프로그램_ReportingDB의 Restore 불가 ‘WebAnalyticsService응용프로그램_ReportingDB’를 Enterprise Edition의 SQL Server에서 Standard Edition의 SQL Server로 Restore 하는 것은 불가능합니다. 또한, 기존에 파티셔닝된 테이블들을 수동으로 합치는 것(해제) 역시 비권장 사항으로 지원되지 않습니다. Standard Edition으로 변경하시는 경우 기존 Web Analytics Service Application을 제거하고 신규로 생성하여 테이블 파티셔닝이 적용되지 않은 WebAnalyticsService응용프로그램_ReportingDB를 생성하여야 하는 것을 고려하여야 합니다.

Enterprise 버전에서 지원되는 SQL 인덱스의 압축 기능이 Standard 버전에서 지원되지 않을 수 있습니다. 관련하여 Search Service Application의 재생성이 필요합니다. 이런 경우 기존 크롤링을 통해 생성되었던 Search Index가 사라지고 다시 전체 크롤링을 해야 함으로 완료되기 까지 검색이 정상적으로 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다. 아래 오류 메시지와 같이 Enterprise Edition의 SQL 서버에서는 SQL 테이블 인덱스에 대한 데이터 압축을 지원하나 Standard Edition에서는 지원되지 않습니다. 이런 경우, 데이터 압축이 사용된 객체가 있는지 확인한 후 해당 인덱스를 압축을 사용하지 않도록 리빌드하고, 백업 후 신규 SQL 서버로 복원해야 합니다. 다만, 이관되는 SQL 서버가 기존 SQL 서버보다 상위 버전임으로 해당 기능이 지원될 수 있습니다. 문서 라이브러리 내에서 다른 사용자의 폴더는 확인이 되나, 폴더 안에 위치한 파일은 보이지 않는 현상
문서 라이브러리의 특정 폴더를 탐색기에서 여는 경우 파일이 조회되지 않는 현상 (Web에서는 확인됨)

[원인 또는 해결 방법] 아래와 같이 문서 라이브러리에서 Versioning 기능이 활성화 되어 있으며, 편집을 위해 체크아웃을 필수로 설정한 경우, 사용자가 탐색기로 보기를 통해 파일을 업로드 하면 문서들은 체크아웃 되게 됩니다. (편집자만 확인 가능한 상태) 탐색기를 통해 문서를 업로드 하게되면 문서가 수정된 것으로 인식되기 때문에 해당 문서들은 모두 작성자로 체크아웃 되게 됩니다. 이로 인해 다른 사용자는 탐색기로 보기 기능을 통해 문서 라이브러리에 접속 시 폴더는 확인되나, 해당 문서들은 확인할 수 없습니다. 이를 해결하기 위한 Workaround는 문서를 업로드한 작성자가 해당 문서 들을 모두 체크인으로 변경하거나, 문서 라이브러리 설정에서 편집 시 체크아웃 필수를 비활성화 하고, 탐색기로 문서라이브러리를 열어 기존에 업로드된 문서를 다시 업로드 하는 것입니다.

버전 관리 설정-> 체크 아웃 ‘아니요’ 로 변경
‘관리자’ 계정으로 접속하여 해당 문서 라이브러리를 연 후 기존에 업로드된 문서를 다시 업로드 진행

또한, 웹에서 문서 라이브러리 접근 시 정상적으로 문서 파일이 조회되나, 탐색기를 통해 접근하는 경우 파일이 보이지 않는 현상은 최상위 경로에서 파일 이름까지의 경로 전체가 길어서 발생할 수 있습니다. 위와 같은 경우 Process Monitor를 통해 해당 폴더 접근 시 Explorer.exe 프로세스에 대한 로그를 를 확인해보면 폴더 연결 시에 0xC0000106 상태 코드(A specified name string is too long for its intended use)를 확인할 수 있습니다. 0xC0000106 STATUS_NAME_TOO_LONG A specified name string is too long for its intended use. 이런 경우, 문제가 되는 파일 이름을 Rename 하거나 폴더 경로가 너무 길어지지 않도록 변경하여야 합니다. 해당 이슈는 기본적으로 파일이름까지의 경로 전체가 길어서 발생함으로 이후에도 특정 길이 이상의 파일이 업로드 되는 경우 이슈가 재발할 수 있습니다. 지속적인 관리와 폴더명 변경 등이 필요합니다. Popularity and Search Report 사이트 컬렉션, 사이트, 문서의 일별/월별 Hit 수 및 고유 사용자 수, 검색 관련 통계를 보여주는 Excel 보고서로 지난 14일 동안의 일별 수치와 지난 3년 동안의 월별 수치가 표시됩니다.
1. 보고서를 보고자 하는 Site Collection에 접속 합니다. > Site Settings > Site Collection Administration > Popularity and Search Reports 를 클릭합니다.
  - Site Collection 이 아닌 Site의 경우엔 , Site Settings > Site Administration > Popularity Trends 를 클릭합니다.
  - 라이브러리에 등록된 문서의 경우엔 문서 선택 후 리본 메뉴에 위치한 Popularity Trends 를 클릭합니다.
1. 사이트 컬렉션의 사용 현황 보고서 페이지의 모습입니다. 사용 현황 및 검색과 관련한 보고서들이 표시되는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다.

1. 1. Usage 이 보고서에는 사이트 컬렉션, 사이트, 문서 항목의 조회수 및 고유 방문자 수를 보여줍니다. 사용 추세를 파악하기 위해 사용하기 위해 이 보고서를 사용합니다.
  2. Number of Queries 이 보고서는 수행되는 검색 쿼리 수를 보여줍니다. 검색어의 경향을 파악하고 검색 활동 시간의 추이를 확인할 수 있습니다.
  3. Top Queries by Day & Top Queries by Month 일/월 별로 가장 많이 수행된 쿼리(인기 검색어)를 보여줍니다. 방문자들이 주로 검색하는 내용을 확인할 수 있습니다.
  4. Abandoned Queries by Day & Abandoned Queries by Month 이 보고서에서는 낮은 클릭을 기록한 인기 검색어를 보여줍니다.
  5. No Result Queries by Day & No Result Queries by Month 이 보고서는 결과를 반환하지 않는 인기 검색어를 보여줍니다.
  6. Query Rule Usage by Day & Query Rule Usage by Month

1. 보고서를 보기 위해 원하는 보고서 항목을 클릭합니다. 엑셀 문서로 열기 또는 다운로드 할 수 있습니다.
2. 다음은 보고서 중 사이트 컬렉션 사용현황(Usage) 보고서의 예시로 일, 월별로 해당 사이트 컬렉션의 사용량 추이를 확인할 수 있습니다. 다음은 문서 라이브러리에 등록된 문서에 대한 사용현황(Usage) 보고서의 예시로 일, 월별로 해당 문서의 사용량 추이를 확인할 수 있습니다.

Storage Metrics 사이트 컬렉션 내에 존재하는 하위 사이트, 리스트, 항목들의 사용중인 용량과 마지막 수정날짜, 해당 항목이 부모 개체(예 : 리스트에 등록된 항목인 경우, 부모인 리스트에서 얼마만큼의 용량을 차지하는지)로 부터 얼마만큼의 용량을 차지하고 있는지 확인할 수 있습니다. 용량 크기로 정렬이 가능하기 때문에 현재 사이트 컬렉션에서 가장 많은 사용량을 차지하는 곳이 어딘지 쉽게 알 수 있습니다.
1. 사용량을 확인하고자 하는 Site Collection에 접속 합니다. > Site Settings > Site Collection Administration > Storage Metrics를 클릭합니다.
2. 사이트 컬렉션 내에 존재하는 항목, 하위 사이트, 리스트 등에 대한 사용량을 확인할 수 있으며, 부모 개체로부터 얼마만큼의 용량을 차지 하고 있는지 확인하실 수 있습니다.
3. 원하는 항목을 클릭하면 해당 항목 내에 속한 항목과 사용량을 확인할 수 있습니다. 또한, 사이즈별, 수정된 날짜 별로 정렬을 할 수 있기 때문에 현재 가장 많은 사용량을 차지하는 항목을 쉽게 확인할 수 있습니다.

Audit Log Report Audit Log를 사용하게 되면, 반대 급부로 서버의 하드 드라이브 용량을 차지하게 됨으로 성능상의 문제를 일으킬 수 있습니다. 이점을 감안하고 설정 & 관리 하시기 바랍니다. 감사 로그를 통해 아래에 나열된 데이터에 대한 보고서를 추출할 수 있습니다.

이 Audit Log를 사용하기 위해선 기본적으로 Site Collection 레벨에서의 설정이 필요합니다.
Audit Log라는 말 그대로 조회, 체크인 & 체크아웃, 이동, 삭제 등 사이트 내에서 (리스트, 문서라이브러리, 문서, 항목 포함) 일어날 수 있는 이벤트들의 로그를 쌓고, 결산된 결과를 보고서의 형태로 사용자에게 보여주게 되는데 사용됩니다.

- 문서 다운로드 - 목록의 항목 보기 - 항목의 속성 보기 - 항목 편집 - 항목의 체크아웃 또는 체크인 - 항목의 복사 또는 이동 - 항목의 삭제 또는 복원 - 콘텐츠 타입의 수정 및 열의 수정 - 사이트 콘텐츠 검색 - 사용자의 권한 수정

Site Actions > Site Settings > Site Collection Administration 섹션 하위의 [Site Collection audit settings] 메뉴를 통해 Audit 설정을 할 수 있습니다.
1. Default 설정으로는 해당 기능이 비활성화 되어있기 때문에 ‘Yes’를 선택하여 활성화 시켜줍니다. 해당 사이트에 대해 자동으로 로그를 Trim 할 것인지 여부를 선택(‘Yes’)하고 로그 데이터를 몇 일간 유지할 것인지, 트리밍되기 전에 보고서를 별도로 저장할 위치를 지정할 수 있습니다. 감사 로그 데이터를 보관할 기간을 설정하지 않으면 기본적으로 Farm 설정을 따르게 됩니다.(월말 처리)
2. 그 다음, 실제로 감사 로그를 쌓을 이벤트를 아래 항목 중에서 선택합니다.
3. 설정이 완료된 이후, 보고서 확인을 위해 Site Actions > Site Settings > Site Collection Administration 섹션 하위의 [Audit log reports] 메뉴를 클릭합니다.
4. 감사 로그 보고서 조회 페이지의 모습입니다.

1. 원하는 보고서 형태를 선택하고 클릭하면, 아래와 같이 보고서를 저장할 위치를 선택할 수 있는 페이지로 이동합니다. [Browse...]를 클릭하여 사이트 내에 저장소(예:문서 라이브러리 등)를 선택하고, [OK]를 클릭합니다.
2. 보고서 추출 작업이 진행되고, 작업이 완료되면, [Click here to view the report.]를 클릭하여 보고서를 확인하거나, [OK]를 누른 후 위에서 지정한 저장소로 이동하여 저장된 보고서를 확인할 수 있습니다. 작업이 완료되면 아래와 같이 이전에 지정한 저장소로 보고서가 저장되게 됩니다.
