こんにちは、Teamsチームの吉野です。本日はチャネルにメールで投稿する際に安全度を増す（？）ための設定を案内します。チャネルを右クリックすると以下のようにメールアドレスを取得できます。このメールアドレスはチームのメンバー以外でも送信することが可能です。システムからのメールなど便利な面はあるのですがセキュリティを気にされることもあるかと思います。詳細設定をクリックすると制限することが可能になります。チームのメンバーやドメインを限定することにより、なお、管理センターからは管理者がメール機能そのものの禁止やドメインの許可設定が行えます。（各チャネルの設定よりも優先されます）

ブラウザ利用時の会議機能について

こんにちは、 Microsoft Teams サポートチームです。ブラウザでTeamsを利用する場合、会議のメディア利用に現在制限があります。 Microsoft Edge で利用する場合、音声とビデオが利用できます。 Chrome で利用する場合、音声が利用できます。いずれのブラウザも画面共有機能は現在利用できません。その他のブラウザは音声、ビデオ、画面共有いずれも利用できません。今後変更の可能性はございますが、現段階では上記の通りとなっております。

Teams Bot をローカルでデバッグする。

こんにちは、Teams チームの吉野です。今回は Teams Bot をローカルの Visual Studio でデバッグする方法をご案内いたします。といってもTeamsに限った話ではないのですが…。まず、Azure で Web App Bot を作成します。今回はv3のBasic C#（おうむ返しをする）テンプレートにしました。作成できましたらソースコードをダウンロードします。 ZIPファイルですので任意のフォルダに展開し、 sln ファイルを開きます。また、[アプリケーション設定]にある AzureWebJobsStorage の値をコピーします（赤い丸の部分をクリックすると値が見れます）ちなみに AppID とAppPassword(青い部分)も利用しますので、コピーを忘れた人はこちらもコピーしておきます。 Visual Studioで web.config を開き、3つの値を入力します。 MicrosoftAppID と MicrosoftPassword は最初からありますが、Valueは未記入ですので入力します。 AzureWebJobsStorageはキーがありませんので、タグから入力します。とりあえずこの状態で実行してみましょう。メニューの下にあるIIS Express(Microsoft Edge) をクリックしてデバッグ開始します（ブラウザ名など違う場合がありますが）。起動すると以下のようにブラウザが起動します。 localhost のポート番号が表示されます。こちらは後ほど利用します。次にブラウザを起動して、ngrokのサイトにアクセスします。まずはサインアップをクリックし、必要な項目を入力しましょう。次に実行ファイルをダウンロードし、左メニューのAuth をクリックします。認証コードが出てきますのでこれをコピーします。コマンドプロンプトから以下のコマンドを実行します。

ngrok authtoken <取得した認証コード> ngrok http --host-header=localhost <デバッグ実行でブラウザに表示されたポート番号>

成功すると以下のように表示されます。最後に Azure ポータルに戻り、エンドポイントを ngrok で表示されたものに変更します。これでリクエストをローカルに送ることができるようになりました。試しに「Webチャットでテスト」でメッセージを送ってみましょう。ローカルでメッセージを受け取っていることが分かります。もちろん Teams でメッセージをやり取りすることも可能です。これで、例えばVisual Studioでブレークポイントを貼ればそこで止めることができます。

こんにちは Teams Support Team です。今回はダイヤルプランの変更に関する重大なお知らせをさせていただきます。主に Skype for Business Online で CCE や OCPH といったPSTN機能を利用している方が対象ですが、 Microsoft Teams でも Direct Routing を利用している場合、影響を受ける可能性がありますのでご確認ください。

Skype for Business Online に関する重大な更新のお知らせ（MC146430）

概要： 2018年9月15日から Skype for Business Onlineの日本地域における “JP” というサービスレベルのダイヤルプランから、“JP Default” という正規化ルール (Normalization Rule) が削除されます。

削除するダイヤルプランの正規化ルール - ルールの説明：JP Default Rule - ルールの名前：JP Default

影響： Cloud Connector Edition (CCE)、オンプレミス PSTN 接続 (OPCH)、Microsoft Teams の Direct Routing で PSTN 通話をご利用されている場合、発信に問題が発生し、通話が失敗する可能性があります。 対応について： Business Voiceのダイヤルプランが “JP Default” という正規化ルールに依存している場合、Skype for Business Online PowerShellを使用してテナントダイヤルプランを追加および/または変更する必要があります。 2018年9月15日までにテナントダイヤルプランを追加しない場合は、Skype for Businessの PSTN 通話サービスが影響を受ける可能性があります。 詳細な対応方法について： 以下のKBをご確認ください。

こんにちは、 Teams チームの吉野です。本日は念願の機能（？）が実装されましたので紹介させていただきます。コードスニペット（プログラムやHTMLなどの断片を表示する機能）です。まず、作成ボックスを開き、ボタンをクリックします。コードの種類を選びます。各種プログラム言語やHTML,CSSなど取り揃えております。もちろん普通のテキスト形式も選べます。コードを入力します。ここではC#のプログラムを入力してみました。ちなみにこちらは Visual Studio の画面です。比較してもなかなかいい感じになっていると思います。表示するとこのようになります。数行のみがプレビューされ、展開をクリックすると全てのコードが表示されます。また、形式（C#など）も表示されてわかりやすいと思います。開発者の方やWebデザイナーの方には便利な機能だと思います。是非ご活用ください。

Teams App Store でテナント専用アプリの利用が可能になりました。

こんにちは、Teamsチームの吉野です。今回は App store で管理者がテナント内で利用可能な独自アプリをアップロードできるようになる機能をご紹介します。 Build 2018 で紹介された機能の一つで、私も先日の de:code 2018 で使えるようになる、と予告させていただきましたが、ついに実装されました。「サイドローディング」をOFFにすると下記のように利用を許可する外部アプリ（＝Storeに登録されたアプリ）のリストがひょうじされ、チェックを入れたアプリのみをユーザーに利用させることが可能です。この場合もちろんサイドローディング（＝自分で作ったアプリの利用）ができません。つまり「独自アプリ＋管理者が指定したアプリ」を利用させるということができなかったのです。今回のアップデートで上記の設定を実施した場合でも、管理者はアプリをサイドロードすることができるようになりました。つまり、ユーザーは「管理者がサイドロードしたアプリ＋管理者が指定した外部アプリ」を利用することができるようになります。

まず管理センターを開き上記の設定を行います。ここでは App Studio と SecretaryBot のみチェックが入った状態とします。
管理者アカウントで Teams にサインインし、左下の[ストア] をクリックします。
表示されるアプリはファーストパーティ（＝MS製）と App Studio / Secretary Bot のみです。ここで「カスタムアプリをアップロード」をクリックすると以下のように「テナント名のアップロード」という項目が出てくるのでマニフェストをアップロードします。

これで、アプリが追加されました。管理ではない通常ユーザーから見てもこのアプリは利用可能になっています。

[Decode] Teams bot を作ってみる（２）

こんにちは、Teams サポートの吉野です。ちょっとトラブルで間が空いてしまいましたが、引き続き Teams Bot を作っていきましょう。さて、前回は Visual Studio でテンプレートからBotを作り、 Azure にアップロードするところまで進めました。今回は、チャンネルといわれる、ボットとTeamsをつなげる部分を作っていこうと思います。まずはAzure ポータル (https://portal.azure.com)に接続し、「リソースの作成」をクリックします。 Botと検索すると以下のように候補が出てきますので、 Bot Channel Registration を選択します。 [作成]をクリックすると以下のような画面になりますので、ボット名・サブスクリプション・リソースグループ・場所・価格レベルをふさわしいものに変更ください。リソースグループは前回のAppと同じものでもいいですし、価格レベルも検証用であればF0（無償）がよいと思います。メッセージングエンドポイントは前回作成したものの利用しますが https にし、かつ末尾に /api/messages を付けます。例えば http://bot.azurewebsites.net/ というAppが生成されていた場合は https://bot.azurewebsites.net/api/messages とします。さらに、「アプリIDとパスワードの自動作成」をクリックします。[新規作成]-[App Registration Portal でアプリ ID]を作成するとたどって新しいページを開きます。アプリパスワードを生成して続行をクリックするとパスワードが表示されます。このパスワードはこの画面でしか表示されないので必ずnotepad等にコピーしておいてください。元の画面に戻ってアプリIDとパスワードを入力し、OKをクリックし、[作成]をクリックします。しばらくするとボットチャンネル登録が作成されます。右上の通知に、作成された通知が表示されたら、そこをクリックするか、または「すべてのリソース」から作成したボットチャンネル登録を表示します。 [チャンネル]より Teams アイコンをクリックすると Teams チャンネルが作成されます。あとはここをクリックするだけなのですが、最後に Visual Studio に戻り、web.config を編集します。再度ビルド→発行したら「チャンネルに接続」より「Microsoft Teams」のリンクをクリックしてみましょう。返事が返ってきたら成功です。もうじき de:code の資料なども公開されると思いますので、その際はより細かい話やコード解説などできればと思います。

Microsoft Teams クライアントのシステム要件について

こんにちは。Teams サポートチームです。 Microsoft Teams のシステム要件については、公開情報にて Windows (7+) との記載があります。これは、Windows 7 (最新のSP) 以降の OS をサポートするという意味ですが、サーバーOSについても同様にサポートいたします。つまり Windows Server 2008 R2 (最新のSP) 以降の OS を同様にサポートいたします。 ~~ただし、サーバーOSを 1 クライアントとして Microsoft Teams を利用するシナリオのみサポートいたします。~~ ~~VDI や Remote Desktop Service のシナリオにおいて複数ユーザーが Microsoft Teams を利用することは、現時点でサポートされませんので、ご注意下さい。~~
