Jeff Bezos and his dream of space flight revealed

As I sat and waited for my doctor appointment this morning, I came across one of the article in the March issue of Time magazine.  I flipped through the pages, and stumbled across a familiar looking guy with the uncanny smile.  Looking at the picture below, I could immediately recalled his infamous laugh.  It's Jeff Bezos!

When I was still with Amazon, there's always people talking about Jeff's pet project -- the Blue Origin.  Nobody really knew what was going on over there in his Texas ranch.  Many of us were kidding that Jeff was trying to find new ways of coming up with same-day shipping -- buy your product in the morning, and get it later in the afternoon.  Now, this will totally leave all competitions behind!  :)

On a side note, if you visit the Blue Origin website, Jeff noted that all the images and videos are served off Amazon's S3 service. 

This is pretty neat and it looks like there's real progress made after all (well...maybe not the same-day shipping part).  Congratulations.
