Do you want to be one of our "Ask the Experts"?

How would you like to be one of Microsoft's "Ask the Experts" on our Small Business customer facing Website?

As you may be aware, on the Microsoft Small Business Centre web site and in the Microsoft Smart Business Customer newsletter, we have a section called "Ask the Experts". This is where our customers submit questions relating to small business and IT and we provide them with a response. The team at Microsoft who manage this website are keen to get SBSC partners involved and as such would like to offer you the opportunity to nominate yourself as an "expert"!

They are looking for partners who have experienced a range of business challenges and who are happy to share their knowledge to help others. To be clear, they are NOT looking for product pitches, but for examples of how the application of Microsoft technology has helped a partner achieve a specific goal, or overcome a particular problem. Such examples may include: going mobile, getting closer to customers, tracking orders more efficiently at the lower end and consolidating platforms, improving ROI, deploying BI (and so forth) for mid-market, how to set up a home office, and/or hosting versus in-house.

Visit the "Ask the Expert" page to get a feel for the types of questions we get and the answers past experts have given.

How does it work?

Microsoft receives a number of questions each month from customers and selects a topical question to address that month. If you are an appropriate partner to answer the question we will get in contact.

Please note, you do not have to write the article yourself! Your commitment is to have a telephone conversation with our writer who actually puts together the article, and we then pass it back to you for approval before publishing.

What's in it for you?

By acting as an "expert" you have the opportunity to grow your profile in the small business customer space. You will also be helping raise the profile of the Small Business Specialist Community (SBSC). All in all, this is not a heavy task and it’s a great opportunity for SBSC partners to showcase their skills and expertise in overcoming a business challenges!
