Here’s a look at the summary of application usage on my netbook (1000HE) this morning between 7:00am and noon. I run Windows 7, Aero Glass is enabled and the power settings are left at “Balanced”.

ManicTime Summary

The morning was filled with meetings, not so much email and some research about IT Pro community work on the Internet. I also installed Firefox but only used it a short while to compare its display against IE8. ManicTime shows 2.3% usage this morning because I played with it to see how to tweak it.

Battery level is down to 68% or 5:47 hours. According to ManicTIme the netbook was powered on about 2.8 hours. The rest of the time is was in sleep.
