we need your help.
We're investigating the Wiki performance issues and need to provide some empirical data / information on the issues that you experience, so the platform owners can link this to platform monitoring/events.

So here is the question...

When you experience an issue with TNWiki, reply to the post on the TNWik forum (click here, https://aka.ms/wikifeedback) and provide the following data

Link to article you updated/posted

Date & Time (+ Time Zone), this allows us to track back the issues to server or system logs

Issue description: There are a few typical issues. The issue description can be like: time out, error (with error details), save not working, article reverted to previous edit, ...

Your city/region (where are you connected to internet at the time of working on the article). As the TNWiki is hosted on multiple data centers, it's important to know from which region you were connecting to internet/TNWiki.

If you can provide a screenshot, that would be great!

This is a component of the .NET Framework that enables you to create services that use the OData (Open Data Protocol) to expose and consume data over the web or intranet by using the semantics of Representational State Transfer (REST).

WCF Data Services supports multiple provider models for exposing data as an OData feed.

In this session let’s see how we can implement WCF Data Services with Entity Framework Provider and Reflection Provider in action. I have contributed to TechNet wiki in related to WCF Data Services by writing couple of articles about WCF Data Services.

Rather than explain every term and acronym we use, we can link them to a glossary Wiki. In addition, the use of Portals, Table of Contents, See Also sections, and linking all help to make our articles more useful and more discoverable.

For example on select, update, or others DML and DDL query's execution events.

We can create triggers on table to execute after, before, or INSTEAD of event, but a view can be referenced only by an INSTEAD OF trigger. An "INSTEAD of trigger" is executed instead of the original event, and not combining with it.

Curah!, the new content curation platform launched by Microsoft a year ago, is making a real difference for the customers who are using it – and for the creative people who have already published thousands of high-quality curations on technical topics.

Curah! is fully optimized for the community, and anyone with a Microsoft Account ID can become a curator. The steps for creating a new curation are fast and easy, and it is a great way not only to collect the best content on the web about some specific topic, but it also provides a platform for curators to share their expertise, tips, and insights about the topic and content assets that they curate. Indeed, the real key to the success of Curah! lies in the work of its curators—and that’s why we’re asking you to get involved and share what you know with the world at large.
