This article explains how learners can access the training content using the Android mobile application for the Microsoft Community Training platform instance setup for your organization.
Step 1: Download the app from the Play Store
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android smartphone
Search for the training app and install the application
Once the app is installed, tap the app icon to launch the app

Microsoft Community Training platform provides every organization a custom white-labelled mobile app. Learners need to get the name of the training app published on the Play Store from the administrator.
Step 2: Login and create your profile
On app launch, user will be asked to login in order to proceed with the application.
Depending upon the login identity setup for the platform instance, user will be asked to sign in using their 10-digit Mobile Number, Email address/Social account or Azure Active Directory account.
After login, user will be asked to complete their profile information like first name, last name, profile picture, etc.
The fields displayed on the profile page are configured by the administrator. For more details, see this article.
Step 3: Browse and register for courses
After login, user can see all the courses to which he or she has registered for and their completion status.
User can also browse the course library and register for more courses as required. Scroll to the bottom and tap on the Find ,more Courses button and filter the course list by tapping on the individual category.
To enroll for a course, click on the Add option in the pop-up window

Users can search for courses using the search option in the Home Page.
Step 4: View and consume course content
On the home screen of the app, tap on the course item which you want view and learn.
Every course comprises of lessons, practice quizzes and an exam as shown in the course outline below. In the image below, you can see completed course item has a green circled tick mark.
To view any lesson content or attempt a practice quiz, click on the course item in the outline.
Exam is always the last item in the course and it will be available only when user has completed all the previous course items.
On successful completion of the course, user will receive a certificate (if enabled) by the administrator.
Step 5: Discuss and share information with peers
While viewing content on the portal, users can interact with each other and ask questions to the trainers using the comment functionality in the platform.
To add a comment for the lesson, click on the Discuss button to the right of the lesson name.
Enter your comments and tap on the
to submit the comments.
Users can also view and reply to the comments added by others.
Step 6: View Notifications
On the home screen , you will find the Bell icon.
Click on the icon to open the Notification drawer and get updates on new courses assigned, replies to your comments, etc.
Step 7: View Notice Board
On the home screen , you will find the Notice Board option at the bottom.
Click on the icon to open the Notice Board and read all announcements posted by the administrator.
Step 8: Download content and continue learning offline
Tap on the course, select a lesson and click on the Download icon to download the lesson.
You can also download the entire course my clicking on the (...) menu on the top-right.
To access your downloads, click on the Hamburger menu on the top left corner of the home screen
Click on My Downloads and continue learning offline
Step 9: Delete downloaded content to free up space
On the My downloads page, tap on the Delete option to the right of every lesson.
On the confirm pop-up, tap on Yes to delete the selected lesson.
