Presentation mode for Windows large-screen devices

Our large-screen effort will introduce enhanced presentation mode to the Windows mobile app, targeted for Surface Hub devices.

Presentation mode is an app chromeless view that focuses on the data and visuals. This view will help make meetings more productive by putting the data in the center of the presentation and will bring tools (such as inking and sharing) to collaborate with other meeting participants.
