In addition to the core risk assessment provided by Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection, we provide several rich customer experiences in the form of Microsoft PowerApps to help you configure, customize, and manage fraud protection for your business. The customer experiences include a graph explorer, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard, a customer support tool for handling escalations from fraud rejections, and compliance tools.
