We enable individuals seeking consumer insights to take actions based on an understanding of what consumers say, do, and feel.

Market Insights provides actionable insights on a broad range of entities, including a customer’s company, products, and brands, by synthesizing consumer activity from proprietary search and browse signals and public social signals.

Market Insights helps you understand what people say but it goes beyond by interpreting what people search for, in relation to your configured searches.

The capabilities use several social data sources and feeds, including Twitter, blogs, Instagram, forums, and others to provide visibility and insights into how a brand is doing in the social sphere across various dimensions like sentiment, geography, and others. In addition, the service incorporates an AI solution for marketing that uses aggregated and anonymized Bing search, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge browser behavior, and web data to derive a semantic understanding of consumer interests and demographics.

Features based on search and browser behavior are currently available to tenants in the United States.
