This article describes the anatomy of Finance agents in Microsoft 365 Outlook in Outlook.
When you open Finance agents in the Microsoft 365 Outlook sidecar, three sections are available:
- Email summary – This section contains a generative AI recap of the selected email.
- Customer – This section lists customers who were identified as associated with email addresses in the From, To, or CC field of the email.
- Contact – This section lists contacts who were identified as associated with email addresses in the From, To, or CC field of the email.
