MockableBillingArmClient.GetBillingCustomerResource Method

Gets an object representing a BillingCustomerResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String) to create a BillingCustomerResourceResourceIdentifier from its components.
