Determines whether the specified is equal to the current.

The System.Object to compare with the current System.Object.
Returns
True if the specified System.Object is equal to the current System.Object; otherwise, false.
Exceptions
Theobj
parameter is null.
Remarks
We don’t consider the ChangeKey for ServiceId.Equals.
