CreateTimeSeriesEngine<TSrc,TDst>(ITransformer, IHostEnvironment, Boolean, SchemaDefinition, SchemaDefinition)	TimeSeriesPredictionEngine<TSrc,TDst> creates a prediction engine for a time series pipeline. It updates the state of time series model with observations seen at prediction phase and allows checkpointing the model.
