| SameEnterprise | 1 | Only clients in the same enterprise can record. |
| Everyone | 2 | Everyone can record. |
| Unauthorized | 3 | Clients are unauthorized to record. |
The administrator policy is not enforced by the server and should be honored by recording clients.
