Reads a Int128 from the beginning of a read-only span of bytes, as little endian.

Parameters

- ReadOnlySpan<Byte>
The read-only span of bytes to read.
- value
- Int128
When this method returns, contains the value read out of the read-only span of bytes, as little endian.
Returns
false
if the span is too small to contain a Int128; otherwise, true
Remarks
Reads exactly 16 bytes from the beginning of the span.
