Compares two instances of SqlDouble to determine whether they are notequal.

public static System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlBoolean NotEquals(System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlDouble x, System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlDouble y);static member NotEquals : System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlDouble * System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlDouble -> System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlBooleanPublic Shared Function NotEquals (x As SqlDouble, y As SqlDouble) As SqlBooleanA SqlBoolean that is True if the two instances are not equal or False if the two instances are equal. If either instance of SqlDouble is null, the Value of the SqlBoolean will be Null.
