CryptoKeySecurity.SetAccessRule(CryptoKeyAccessRule) Method

Removes all access rules that contain the same security identifier and qualifier as the specified access rule in the Discretionary Access Control List (DACL) associated with this CryptoKeySecurity object and then adds the specified access rule.
