Loads a DSAKeyValue state from an XML element.

Parameters

value: XmlElement

The XML element to load the DSAKeyValue state from.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException

The value parameter is null.

CryptographicException

The value parameter is not a valid DSAKeyValue XML element.

Remarks

This method can be used to add XML elements to a DSAKeyValue object.
