PublishLicense.ReferralInfoUri Property

Gets the contact URI for the author or publisher of the content.

The string returned by the ReferralInfoUri property is not encrypted and can be accessed even when the user does not yet have a UseLicense. The returned string permits users to contact the publisher to request a UseLicense.
