EndpointAddress endptadr = new EndpointAddress("http://localhost:12000/DuplexTestUsingCode/Server");
dualBinding.ClientBaseAddress = new Uri("http://localhost:8000/DuplexTestUsingCode/Client/");
Dim dualBinding As New WSDualHttpBinding()
Dim endptadr As New EndpointAddress("http://localhost:12000/DuplexTestUsingCode/Server")
dualBinding.ClientBaseAddress = New Uri("http://localhost:8000/DuplexTestUsingCode/Client/")
