Provides class handling for the LostKeyboardFocus event and disables the keyboard focus visual when this control loses keyboard focus.

This method overrides the default behavior and disables the keyboard focus visual when this control loses keyboard focus.
This implementation does not change the handled state (the Handled property) of the LostKeyboardFocus event data.
