Determines if two instances of Duration are not equal.

Parameters

t1: Duration

The first instance of Duration to compare.

t2: Duration

The second instance of Duration to compare.

Returns

Boolean

true if exactly one of t1 or t2 represent a value, or if they both represent values that are not equal; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The equivalent method for this operator is Duration.Compare(Duration, Duration)
